What is an electromechanical component?

An electromechanical component is a device that combines mechanical and electronic elements to perform a particular function. This type of component typically integrates physical elements (such as springs, moving parts, or connectors) with electronic elements (such as conductors or circuits).

They are widely used in demanding sectors such as aerospace, industry, transportation, and defense.

These components are essential for the proper functioning of complex systems where the interaction between mechanical properties (movement, adjustment) and electrical properties (signal, current) is necessary.

What manufacturing methods are used?

  • Turning : More than 50 automatic lathes capable of producing up to 10 million parts per week.

  • Molding : Injection and transfer molding techniques, fully and semi-automatic.

  • Assembly : Automatic equipment for large-scale production and manual tooling for small series, operated by highly qualified technicians.

  • Custom design : Manufacturing of transformers, inductors, chokes and coils.

  • Continuous innovation: Products are constantly updated to meet changing market demands.
